About Julie Gable

A candidate you can trust.

"Where you come from is part of where you are going."

Julie was born and raised in Los Alamos, New Mexico with a father that was a physicist at Los Alamos National Lab and a mother that worked as a reference librarian. Her father grew up during the Great Depression and enlisted in the Army shortly before WWII began.  He was captured by the Japanese in the Philippines, survived the Bataan Death March and spent almost 4 years in Japanese Labor camps as a POW.  After the war, he returned home and used the GI Bill to get a college education. Throughout their lives, Julie and her siblings enjoyed a very close relationship with their parents, and Julie credits her parents in developing her core values of Integrity, Determination, and Compassion.
