We need bipartisan, science-based water management policies that conserve the Colorado River, invest in groundwater protection, modernize infrastructure, and support local farmers, businesses, and cities in using water more efficiently. Long-term planning — not short-term politics — must guide our decisions. I also support expanding clean and affordable energy, including solar and other renewables, while ensuring grid reliability and keeping costs reasonable for families and small businesses. Arizona has the opportunity to lead in innovation and job creation in this space.  Protecting open spaces, forests, and wildlife habitats is equally important. Smart land-use planning, wildfire prevention, and conservation partnerships help preserve what makes Arizona special without stifling growth.
